Learn Parkour at Northwest Crossfit

PNWPA instructors Rafe Kelley and Tyson Cecka are now teaching regular Parkour classes at Northwest Crossfit in Seattle. These beginner-level classes teach people of all ages about the basics of Parkour, including fundamental movements, proper landing techniques and critical safety information. All classes are open to the public.

Thursday: 7:30PM-9:00PM

Special free beginner clinic every second Saturday of every month 12:00-3:00PM

Pricing (Parkour Classes only)

Standard Pricing:
First class is free for everyone
$20 drop-in

Monthly:
$70 one-time per week
$120 two time per week
$150 unlimited

20% student discount available for monthly rates

A percentage of the proceeds goes back into the community through the PNWPA’s efforts.

Crossfit Waiver Parents: If you are sending your under-18 son or daughter to class for the first time without a parent (i.e., via carpool) please download and complete this NW Crossfit waiver and send it with your child to class. A waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is required for each new participant.
